Agent to Agent · A2A and MCP
Driving revenue takes more than one agent.
A single agent can answer a question. Turning that conversation into revenue — a completed application, a recovered payment, a closed renewal — takes several specialized agents working together. Moveo uses Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and MCP so they share context, hand off tasks, and reach into the systems where the money actually moves.
Why one agent isn't enough
Holding a conversation is one thing. Driving the outcome means pulling the balance, checking policy, drafting the plan, and writing the result back where finance can see it. One agent doing all of that either overreaches or stops at the answer. So Moveo splits the work across specialized agents. A2A connects them to each other. MCP connects them to your systems.
Agents that work as a team
Specialized agents split the work, the same way a bank has a teller, a credit officer, and a compliance desk.

Agents that reach into your stack
A universal outlet between an agent and your systems, instead of custom-wiring each one. Without it, an agent can only talk.
Agents that hand off, not drop off
Instead of one agent trying to do everything, specialized agents hand work to each other. The conversation agent talks to the customer, then passes the credit check to the agent wired into your scoring system, then passes compliance to the agent that knows your lending rules.
Each one picks up where the last left off, in real time, so the customer gets an approved offer before they've hung up, and before a competitor gets the chance to call.
What did our agent miss last week?
Rewards transfer policy. 47 customers asked, the agent had no answer.
Can you fix it?
Done. Drafted the update. Ready for your approval.

Agents wired into your systems
MCP connects an agent to your systems, one outlet instead of custom wiring each one.
Without it, an agent can only talk. Take a payment plan: it can explain how to set one up and hope the customer follows through.
With MCP, Moveo pulls the balance, creates the plan, and confirms it on the spot. The customer's enrolled before the call ends, not a lead you're chasing later.
Coordinating agents only pays off if every one of them stays inside your rules. Each agent runs on the same three layers as the rest of the platform.

The layer that makes your agents work together
Every company is about to run hundreds of agents. The ones that drive revenue won't have the most agents they'll have agents that work together. The front-end agent doesn't even have to be Moveo's. Anyone can add another agent. Moveo makes them all work as one.
FAQs
How does Moveo's email agent work with our existing email?
It works with any email service, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and custom mail servers. You forward incoming mail from a dedicated address to Moveo, and Moveo sends replies from your own domain. You keep your existing infrastructure and your address.
What does setup involve?
Two steps, both one-time. You add a few DNS records so Moveo can send authenticated email from your domain, and you set a forwarding rule so incoming mail reaches the agent. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate; after that, the agent is live on the inbox.
Will replies land in the inbox or the spam folder?
The inbox. Moveo sends through authenticated, enterprise-grade email infrastructure using DNS records that verify it as an approved sender for your domain, and DMARC is supported for best deliverability.
Does it keep email conversations in a single thread?
Yes. The agent maintains proper threading, so a back-and-forth stays in one conversation the customer can follow, rather than arriving as disconnected replies.
What happens when an email needs a human?
The agent hands the conversation to your live team with the full context attached, so your rep picks up the thread already knowing the history.
