Moveo.AΙ is among the eight startups selected for the Visa Innovation Program Europe 2023 in Greece, Cyprus and Malta. The program aims to foster collaboration and drive innovation within the financial and payment industry.
Moveo.AΙ is a conversational AI startup that revolutionizes customer service operations by automation more than 70% of customer queries, all at minimal setup costs. Moveo.AI helps businesses elevate their customer experiences and satisfaction to new heights, while boosting the productivity and effectiveness of customer service agents. Despite its “young” age, Moveo.AI already has an impressive customer base in the global market. More than 40 enterprises have already embraced the platform, including renowned companies such as Kaizen Gaming, Edenred and European Reliance Allianz.
The Visa Innovation Program brings financial institutions, merchants, technology companies, and startups together to develop new payment solutions and enhance the overall customer experience.
The program has been implemented in Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Turkey, Spain and Portugal since 2018, with over 1.000 fintech applications from 50 countries, while almost 300 Fintechs have applied for the 2023 edition. In the case of the Greece, Cyprus and Malta edition, where Eleven Ventures and Endeavor Greece support the program, 47 applications were received, 17 of which were shortlisted.
